To be honest it's a very good gym in 600 price range
Pros
1) Friendly staff and trainers
2) Equipment is new
3) Washroom available
4) plenty of space for warm up
5) no pressure from trainers, can do training at your ease
Cons
1) No cardio,its kind of old school muscle building gym
2) more crowdy on evenings especially from Monday to Wednesday
Suggestion
1) come to the gym on morning sessions
2) bring your own water bottle
